35 inches tall ×19 inches wide
This Navajo Churro sheepskin was lovingly tanned by hand using mimosa bark (a kind of Acacia) and egg yolks. It was washed with Dr. Bronners soap and softened with shells and pumice stones.
This hide is perfect for sitting on around a fire or even for sleeping on as the nights get colder!
The wool was throughly combed to remove seeds and debris, but these sheep lived long lives on pasture and it is often impossible to remove all debris from the wool. This hide is discounted to account for the small amount of debris that remains in the wool.
Wash warm or cold on a gentle setting in the washer or hand wash. Line dry or tumble dry (no heat).
